COGNERCISE (Cognition and Exercise) – ‘CONSCIOUS AND PURPOSEFUL EXERCISE UTILISING BOTH MIND AND BODY’.

COGNERCISE encourages ‘Active Mindfulness’ – a state of awareness during controlled activities of varying intensity. Cognercise trains participants to self-motivate and self-sooth appropriately. The resulting ability to remain positively empowered in the face of challenge and adversity stimulates confidence and ambition, bolstering individual performance and self-esteem.

When practiced daily, Cognercise assists us to perform better for longer, both physically and emotionally.
